Costa Coffee was not busy, and they prepared my coffee quickly. It was made to a high standard and was thoroughly enjoyed.

This store has just had a refurbishment and it's now so bright and clean. The staff have always been amazing and now the store matches them.

I don?t understand that when buying food you have to pay extra to sit in? I bought a toastie and a brownie after the drinks and it was ment to come up to £6.84. But came up to £8.05? That?s almost a pound and 50 pence just to eat in!! Staff are lovely but said it was because we?re eating in. Staff are lovely and welcoming the drinks were full of flavour and fast service. But my main issue is paying extra to eat in!!!

Good Coffee,friendly helpful staff. Despite what another reviewer said it is suitable for mums with prams. My only criticism is that the furniture could do with being replaced. Drinks prices are competitive with all the other coffee shops in Alton and believe me,there are a lot.!!!!

Exqctly what youd expect of a costa hence the 5. I ordered coffee and a copkie got coffee and a cokie. 2 of 3 tables in. We sat on a dirty table. Loo was clean but a smelt horrid.
So quiet we could hear the staff talking about the new manager. (All nice things) so was quiet nice to hear.
