By far the best coffee in Alton and being able to pick up such a great range of coffee for home is also a treat. The staff are always friendly, engaged and chatty - they bring a bit of sunshine to a grey school run morning! Alton is very lucky to have this place.

One day I randomly Googled to see if there was anywhere locally that roasted coffee beans; so I could get as fresh as possible. I couldn't believe it when my seach returned an address, locally, in Alton! So I checked it out immediatly and could smell the beans roasting on approach. Ever since, I've worked my way through each type of roast, coming to the conclusion that the Alton blend is by far my favourite. I bought some more yesterday, and will buy another bag as soon as these have run out - which take me about a week.

I absolutely LOVVEEE Coffee cherry, and all the drinks I've tried are all fresh and increadible in my oh so humble opinion, the waits are never as long as costa and the staff are so friendly, I've been coming pretty much every time I'm in town and will continue to till I'm long gone.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan and vegetarian options that would fit almost everyone.Parking: Even though the street parking is a little difficult mid day, there's a carpark down the road if you need it.

I went in for coffee whilst working in the area and can honestly say it was the best coffee I've had in a while.Had a lovely conversation with the owner and will be buying some coffee beans for at home ?

Best coffee ever, the smell as you walk up to the coffee shop is delicious and you know it is going to be good. They do gorgeous snacks and the team are so lovely. Love it

This has been my ?go to? coffee shop for several years. The coffee tastes great, but it is the customer service from all the team that keeps me coming back. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is polite, friendly and engaging. Coffee and food orders are always prepared speedily and on target, making it a pleasure to visit. The best coffee shop in Alton!!

By far the best coffee shop in Alton. Really friendly and polite staff. They always remember us and have a good chat. Excellent drinks and scrummy cakes! We love visiting when ever we need a pick. Will definitely recommend to friends!! Thank you!

Popped in this morning and ordered 2 drinks. I was very clear ?one decaf flat white, one long black?. Staff only made the long black. Why they didn?t make the first drink is a mystery. The bigger mystery is why they shouted at me when I politely asked where the decaf flat white was. They cut me off and wouldn?t let me explain so I left feeling bemused as to why I was shouted at because of their inability to make 2 drinks. I understand they may have been confused because I was one person ordering 2 drinks, but this isn?t a game of Schrödinger cat. I still wanted a drink for myself and another person. That other person still exists and wanted a drink even if they weren?t in the shop physically. On a positive note, I purchased coffee beans and they are great. Would recommend beans, not the aggressive service.Edit: if you watched the CCTV you could clearly hear that I didn?t change my order. Your response fails to acknowledge the rude behaviour of your staff.

Very nice little coffee shop. Smells amazing, loved the displaysGot a takeaway Biscoff Latte and a hot chocolate. Both very tasty.Offers take out optiononly for food and drink.Selection of different ground coffee blends and roasts to buy and take away.

Just been in for my regular Coffee at Coffee Cherry.The staff, particularly Ryan, are always extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend going here. No negatives from me whatsoever.Keep up the good work!

Ryan is the heart & soul of Cherry's coffee shop. He is always charming, cheerful and helpful, and goes out of his way to make getting a coffee at Cherry's a great experience. He knows many of the customers by name and also what they prefer to drink. Thanks very much Ryan

Great coffee and tasty cookies. Superb value. Friendly staff. Very welcoming. I think that we will be investing in a coffee machine (non-pod) so that we can sample the fantastic range of beans on offer.
