Really disappointing visit today. Paid nearly £10 for 2 festive drinks, both of which lacked advertised ingredients. Cream was watery and flat. Staff were rushed off their feet but customer service was awful.

I used to love stopping in for a coffee and snack but my last visit was so disappointing. The toilets were not clean, tables dirty and as I looked around it was hard to find a seat that wasn't soiled or shabby. The staff were lovely but over worked and obviously only have time to make coffee.
Sad to say that I won't be visiting again.Its not the staffs fault,money needs to be spent on more staff and updating the coffee shop. Maybe neros should remember there are other coffee shops in Alton which are a nicer environment to sit in.

Disappointing and frustrating experience due to very slow service. One member of staff seemed to be taking a break over busiest period of lunch, so only 2 staff one of whom was a trainee. More annoying they prioritised large Deliveroo order over queue of customers in the shop. Coffee not good but cheese toastie was good. Trainee needs more training with his interpersonal skills with customers.
