Great surgery. Really friendly and helpful staff.The only thing that I would change is the really loud radio music that plays constantly in the reception and waiting room area which makes it sound like a disco. I don't know how the people who work there can stand it but maybe they don't notice it anymore.

Waited a week with a painful back for a physio appoint and was really hoping it would help - unfortunately never received the promised email with details of exercises (wasn?t shown any exercises at the appointment). Phoned the surgery and was told I?d have to wait until the following Friday for them to contact the physio - not great ?

This is a very good surgery with great dr's and i did give them 5* unfortunately one of the receptionists can be very rude and has a bad attitude when talking face to face or on the phone so that's why it now 3*

This is a well run practice, with very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. They will always try hard to fit you in for an appointment, or at least a get you a telephone consultation with a doctor, rather than just fob you off. They have an on-site dispensary and access to many other patient services. I have been registered here for over 50 years and have never had cause for complaint.
