Just been to my 2 yearly test, bought forward by me as having a slight issue. I wouldn?t go anywhere else, the optometrist is so lovely and exceptionally knowledgeable and explains everything so well, equally the staff who did the pre test and helped with my glasses were so lovely and helpful.

I recently had an eye test at Boots Opticians which was fabulous and knocked spots off my previous experience at Spec Savers. The Optometrist explained the results in detail and showed me them visually. She listened to what I wanted and offered good advice.
For a professional, no sales patter, thorough eye test, go to Boots - they are still the best!

Megan did my screening checks and took my history, she was very kind and professional. Heather did my sight test, she took the time to explain everything to me and was really helpful at explaining my new prescription and how my vision would be impacted by a new pair of glasses. My distance vision has improved and Heather explained that a less strong prescription would tire my eyes less.

The staff made the rate a 5 star. They were attentive and professional on both visits, with advice given on the specific lenses and style best suited for the sports I needed the glasses for.

From entering boots opticians Alton staff were friendly and super efficient. It?s clear the team have a great working relationship and enjoy their work.Heather the optometrist is lovely - a pleasure to be in her company. She is always so thorough in my eye examination (both contact and full sight) and I trust her advice implicitly. Highly recommend the services at the Alton branch and especially Heather as optometrist.
