Every month I have to pickup a REPEAT prescription and very month it?s the same thing.
We haven?t got the paperwork they say, I then see the medical centre which is next door and they say they have sent it, I then return to the pharmacy next door and they it could be a ?glitch in the system ? come back tomorrow.
This happens VERY month.

The worst place ever, no matter if they are busy or not they keep you waiting for a lengthy time just for the fun of it, sometime they even forget that they kept you waiting!

I had a great experience at the pharmacy today after not being able to submit an econsult. I took a chance and asked if the pharmacist could help me with what I thought was an infected insect bite. I spoke to Bob and had antibiotics within 15 minutes. Great service and a weight off my mind

Apart from the waiting which is understandable for a busy pharmacy I appreciate the friendly staff and the knowledge they have when I have had questions.

I have put up with the waiting for items and the confusion in this shop, but today the guy that runs it came to the front and told a member of staff who was serving me to do some thing, i said that he was serving me the boss bloke said to me, you can wait your not about to die, i said excuse me, but you shouldnt asume things, and he said dont go there, then dissapeared in the back again, well mr grumpy youve lost my custome.

I don?t think this pharmacy is ever quiet! Always super busy but I?ve never known them to have a medicine I?ve needed out of stock. Very patient staff considering the volumes of prescriptions they handle - many 000?s each week! Unlike many other pharmacies in Alton & Petersfield, shelves are very well stocked with medicine cupboard items and they often have that elusive thing that others don?t! Could perhaps do with a few more seats whilst waiting but car parking is off road and easy - right outside the door!

Always found the staff and pharmacists to be very helpful. I've not found waiting times to be long for me (5 mins max) and prescription delays/errors have generally (exclusively in fact) been down to problems at the GP end.
