Terrible experience today, Sept 2025.
Loads of empty, un stacked shelves, reduced fridge items a day or two past use by date.
Till staff just throwing food items at you even when they can see your disabled.
Aldi is not worth it just to save a tenner on your weekly shop.. I am going back to waitrose, food items there such better quality and the customer service is second to none. If I could give Aldi in Alton minus 5 stars I would. I have been shopping there for the past year and have seen things slowly diminish.

Aldi Alton were so helpful when I left my credit card at the till. When I returned to collect it the assistant manager Andrew made sure my payment was correct and was very polite to ensure everything was in order. Happy to have Aldi as my number one shop.

I shop here every week, and it's always messy, not so much dirty, just messy. I've been to other aldi shops and they always seem tidy and organised. Perhaps they could do with some extra stuff just to keep everything tidy so you can find the things you want easier and you don't have to keep moving empty boxes out of the way.

The woman at the self checkout area was so rude when I was there this evening. Shame as it would have been a convenient store to stop at after work but I don?t feel like going back.

What can you say about ALDI that hasn't been said before - good value, speedy checkout and ample parking.
