I wish I had read reviews before using this company. I lost £1000 worth of goods.They are quick to collect then all the problems start. They brush you off they are ignorant they are liers. Please stay away you will regret

Extremely unreliable company (also trades as Freight House Global Logistics). My partner arranged to have a car shipped to Namibia, whilst in this company's hands to car was parked on the road and not in a yard as we were informed it would be, was told they had lost the key etc, etc. And as a result the last sighting of the car was seen on CTV (As informed by Kent police) on the rear of a car transporter never to be seen again!!!.

I would not recommend this company to anyone not in a million years, the staff are very untruthful and not trustworthy, poor communication or they ignore your calls when trying to find out whatâ??s happening with the shipment of your items. Because of a lot of lies they tell we travelled to Zimbabwe hoping to get there in time to clear our truck only to find out that the truck was still at their depot in the UK and was not even shipped as they had told us. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, if you do not want to end up like us
