“I'm not normally one for leaving reviews but after this morning's shopping trip I felt I had to. The staff have always been absolutely magnificent and friendly, always happy to have a chat even when working under pressure. The way that customers were speaking to staff this morning due to circumstances out of the staffs hands was absolutely abhorrent. How they managed to stay calm and polite is beyond me. I feel that all the customer service team have always been bloody brilliant and deserve a reward for the awful behaviour they've been putting up with and look forward to seeing them whenever I pop in next!”
