Leaving Tesco?s after my weekly shop earlier this afternoon, I stuck my head in to Timpson asking about replacing a key fob battery. Literally, 20 seconds later... job done. Top service and a rapid turnaround!

I took a military cane to have 3 engravings applied to it. All of the engravings were different is size and loose. It cost me £30 and I will need to get it re done because it?s really poor workmanship.

I went to Timpson for a watch battery this morning and was advised it would 17.00 for a year one or 26.00 for a life time battery - i declined both and said i take into town and went to the watch shop in shopping centre Aldershot and it was £12.00.Timpsons should look at their prices as shopping around will get you a better deal. Not going to leave stars

Hello there I'm totally disappointed with your services. I ve ordered engraving of silver bracelet for baptising . I brought bracelet to your brunch in Aldershot by Tesco. So manager (he said he is manager) don't know his name. But he is working there noone else. He did mistake while engraved and instead of KAI he written down VAI. He said to me to leave bracelet with him for few days and he will sort it out. I came there to pick it up on friday and he said to me he didn't have a chance to do it yet. As I was working I told him will pick it up Saturday morning. I picked up bracelet but what I've seen it's unacceptable! He destroyed rather than fixedit. It's looks absolutely awful! as a Godmother I'm going with empty hands. The value of this bracelet has been debased. I phoned him he said he can bring me money back. But its not going to change anything as tomorrow its the day for baptising. And his way while speaking wasn't nice too! If you are providing this service it's should be done correctly and people should to get enough of training to be able to provide results. If you want I can email you pictures of this bracelet. I'm so so so disappointed so and I'm not talking about I been coming and going there, spending petrol as he wasn't ready by friday. And the result of his "fixing" it s just horrible!If I can give 0 stars that would be accurate!

They do cut car keys... But only if you buy them from there. Otherwise they'll tell you the key you bought is made from shoddy metal and they can't do it. It's just a ploy to get you to buy their overpriced blanks. I compared them. No difference.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Took a boot to be repaired. The guy said easy 5 min job. Went back 3 days later they hadnt bothered to do it and refuse to give a refunded. Waist of my time i would recommend Just in time in north camp so mich better.

Went to the Aldershot timpson store at 5.15 Saturday guy inside sweeping up it was closed ,so I knock on the window and he said he was closed so I show him the sign out side saying 9 to 6 pm and he said his manger said close at 5 ð??³ð??³ð??³ð??³ð??³ I showed him my ford keys I want cutting as they were virgin keys which I was going to program to the car, he then said Iâ??m open tomorrow (sun) ok not happy so I go back at 10.30 (opens at 10) not open had breakfast at Tesco came out at 11 still not open now mad
