Tesco Aldershot is a fantastic store ? always clean, well-stocked, and with plenty of friendly staff around to help. Shopping here is always a smooth and pleasant experience, and I love the wide variety of products available.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the café. The food I ordered was poor in quality and didn?t live up to the standard I expected. It felt like a missed opportunity in an otherwise great store.
Overall, Tesco Aldershot is excellent for groceries, but the café could definitely use some improvement.

Please sort out the drop-off parking situation. There's currently nowhere to pull in and drop off my parents.
Too many cars are parked for extended periods while drivers go shopping. This area is designated for quick drop-offs for a reason ? it should be accessible for those who genuinely need it. A little consideration goes a long way.

Would be nice to see these superstores and other malls open 24 hours.

Very angry and disappointed!!! Couldn't go shopping with my baby, as no trolleys available with a baby lay down seat. I asked a staff member he didn't know what I meant. I have only seen 1 in the past. No children's trolleys in a massive Tesco's or near the parent and baby parking spaces. Very disappointed, thankfully Farnham Sainsbury's had plenty so I did my weekly food shop there from now on!!

As usual, the company cares more about profits and bonuses than swallowing Government N.I. hikes in their profits.. (which would be the best thing to do) for customers.

I need dresses for the summer can only find long dresses which I call floor sweepers as they seem only to sell dresses for really tall women how about those women who are short in size or have shorter legs it really irritates me clean tidy wide aisles good for everything to buy under 1 roof plants need watering go to buy plants but they look droopy wilted or dead in the heat they need to employ people just for plant section sad really as I?m a keen gardener

I tried to return an item of clothing today when I went to Click & collect at 7am only to find that the customer service desk is not staffed until after 8am. I can understand that the desk may not have a member of staff there during the night hours, but since this is a 24 hour store, surely there should be someone else on duty in the store, maybe in another area, who can be called to attend to customer queries during the time when the desk is not normally covered. I now have to find the time to make an additional journey to return an item. Makes me very frustrated!

Overall it?s good but one the workers has attitude problem which really put me off
If you?re at self-checkout and the light becomes red because you need help then Tesco workers usually see it and come to you. In my life, they?ve never noticed it so I usually nicely call them over which I?ve never minded. But when I called her over she looked and said aggressively ?I know. I?m coming.? before pointing to the light and saying ?See that? It?s red. That means we?re on our way? I didn?t bother saying anything back so as not to cause a scene (especially since I?m a man of colour so people would?ve assumed I was being rude to her) but it did put me in a bad mood because I?ve worked in customer service and I was taught to be as nice as you can to anyone since you never know what?s going on in their lives. In fact I worked in a place where nice customers were a rarity so if they asked me something nicely I?d respond in an even nicer tone

I attempted to ask an employee (Tom) for help finding the Pets aisle. He simply replied ?I?m busy? and walked off. Do better!
