I would like to give zero star but no option available. There are no complaints about the food?Subway offers great taste?but all the issues are with the staff working here. One employee was extremely rude and didn't know how to respond to customer questions. He was putting together the items on his own, then started blaming and arguing with customers. We visit Subway frequently, but if this staff member is present, we will not return to this location. He also wasted two footlongs today due to his behavior. We wanted to take them, but he refused to serve us. It was a truly pathetic experience.

There works one Asian guy and look like he had bad mood today. I went for quick lunch,asked or he have any vegan stuff to put in to the wrap,he said- salads? Then I asked do you have vegan cheese? He said yes,then he repeat- salads? I asked is the other stuff vegan? Yes! So why you think that vegans eat only salads?!? Also he burned my food so badly hot that I burn my mouth and have blisters on my lip! Are you meant to heat the wrap so badly hot?!?! Really? He was definitely not good mood!

I went into this subway and was greeted by a bunch of school children smoking vapes inside. The whole place smelled like a shisha bar. I wanted to order but the employees behind the counter did not even change the gloves after handling other sandwiches, causing cross contamination. I realized that my appetite has been ruined.

Really disappointed, no hats or aprons or name badges. All the tables were dirty. She insisted you only get 4 pepperoni and 4 salami in a spicy Italian after I told her it?s 5&5. Generally unclean and poorly run. Won?t be going back

Absolutely awful! ordered a subway from here the other day and had extra stuff in which was not ordered and gave them a second chance today and ordered a subway for me and my friend and they were all mixed up, mine had extras that were meant to be in theirs and theirs was missing some, this is unacceptable and needs to be sorted out

Subway Have it OUR way!My fiancée and I ordered Subway to be delivered and customised our sandwiches online on the 29th of Jan 23.When the two footlongs came we noticed they had the wrong bread, salad and sauce. They mixed up the Bread, salad and sauce in such a way that no one sandwich had any semblance of the original order. One item wrong? Understandable, two items wrong? Mistakes happen but to have a minimum of 5 mistakes on a sandwich is trully unaccpetable and shows no attention to detail or a lack quality i would expect from a sandwich shop.0/10 won't be ordering again

Absolute worng this place is they should not be open as they cant deal with complaints staff are just rude to you they just banned you when you start talking to then they seem to to understand a word of English the just start talk to you in a different language with i find really disgusting think the place needs shutting down asap or the need to sort their staff out asap
