If I could give a zero star I would, there customer service really needs some work, especially with one particular member of staff. My mum went in there the other day to purchase a product, one of the staff members then walked straight in front of her while she was looking and stayed there whilst he stocked up the shelves, my mum then just said excuse me I was looking then she was screamed at by this man she then said I?m going to leave and you won?t make a sale from me and whilst she left the shop he continued shouting at her even once she was outside the shop doors, will never be returning there again.

Ordered trainers on line ,rrp £50 I paid £23 so bargain. £5 delivery charge but when they arrived size 9 and a half, they were more like 8 and a half. So I had to return them via post as because as bought on line you can?t take them to a shop and exchange them, so I paid £5 to return them. The bottom line is it?s cost me £10 for nothing, so won?t be making that mistake again.

I purchased a product which turned out to be faulty (product was ordered online). I took this product to the Aldershot store, explained the issue and showed them the fault. I was told I have to contact customer services online and deal with it myself at my expense, even though the item is faulty I am being charged another fee for returning. I have never experienced not being able to return items to a retailer when I?ve ordered online from the same retailer. Take my advice and don?t order online from Sports Direct to avoid an unnecessarily lengthy returns process. Not a reflection of the staff that explained this to me as they only stated what the ridiculous process is, simply how counter productive the returns process or online orders is.

I will never return to this store again its absolutely shocking, the staff literally dont care as i found when i spoke to the manager who seems to be taking it easy by the entrance/exit and doing absolutely nothing, his wages are an inefficient waste of funds and hes costing the company whilst losing them money from sales, 3 customers just walked out including myself who was stood in the queue with a 100 quid pair of trainers and 360 quids worth of clothing which i handed back to a young member of staff who was stood on his phone instead of trying to apply a little queue control! He laughed at me when i said the queue is taking to long, upon leaving i mentioned to the manager (a title he is not worthy of!) everybody in the queue was complaining and saying how they will not return and the extra cost in JD SPORTS in worth the quick serving time and quickly worked queues and his response was " go to JD then" wow, sports direct should fire him immediately! He seemed proud that he was the manager but if i was the manager of that disgrace i would be ashamed to admit! Nearly £500 was lost from me and i imagine all in from all of the customers who left, the store just lost £1000 and the manager was smiling and saying its ok, well yeah i suppose it is for me as i did infact go to JD and spent £625.00 money which was almost in your tills but your manager is a stain on your brand! If your company are interested in turning the store around then please make contact as i could turn the store round with my eyes closed and standing by the entrance for a full shift isn't even trying, its just making a mockery of his employers who as i said should dismiss him immediately unless they enjoy flushing company resource down the toilet!.

Went in today to find shoes for my son, as we got to the till there was no one to assist and we waited for a few minutes. Once I had walked over to the staff; who were chatting away, and informed them that we are ready to pay but no one is at the till I was told rudely ? I can 100 % tell you that there is someone at the till and I have not left the till with no one on it ? basically saying that I?m lying .

The WORST place ever! They coudn't find the second shoe. The label had different price and the cashier told us to pay more. Just close the store or change the stuff.?

Absolutely disgusting, went in with a return which I was told can only be a exchange or a credit note to which I didn?t want as I wanted to bug the shorts again just a different size,, I was then asking about there return policy when the so called manager was implying i was saying my item was faulty which I was implying that whatsoever!!! Then he stormed off in a paddy , as he knew he was trying to out a women!! because I basically told him he was a mogul! Then to have the next so called manager for him to take my item and straight away without even talking to me about anything given me a credit note !!!! Which I did not ask for and did not want as I paid on card and would go to another store to find the correct shorts!! I then told him I wanted it corrected which he told me he couldn?t do to start with until I told him I won?t leave until it is corrected!!!! To then now be left with the shorts in the wrong size and a receipt that says I paid for them with a credit note !!!!seriously the place is run by absolute jobs worth that have no clue how to manage there own hygiene let alone a shop!! AVOID AVOID absolutely horrendous
