Had an eye test, then taken to the showroom and left on my own, waited 20 minutes for help but no one bothered , lots of customers entering the showroom getting seen by assistants. Left showroom totally disappointed now need to go to an optician to have a retest and hopefully new glasses

I was dealt with fairly quickly considering it was a Saturday afternoon. Professional service received and any queries I had where explained well. I didn't feel rushed when choosing my glasses, and overall I felt I was being looked after. Highly recommend.
