We stayed as we were visiting Aldershot tennis centre nearby. All was exactly as you'd expect a Premier Inn! We love Premier inn as the family rooms are great and the breakfasts are tasty!

Lots of noise all night and the evening meal service was atrocious.

Clean, friendly and comfortable. Only issue I had was the loud humming noise coming from the roof in the annex when the boiler was running. Did report it but being bank holiday weekend I would have thought getting an engineer would have been hard. It wasn't too bad and you got used to it.

Rooms no air con, averaged 26 degrees. Extractor didn't work. Restaurant and staff in restaurant abismal. Staff in hotel very accommodating.
Rooms: Premier Inn room Hot, no air con, no ventilation.
Food and drinks: Restaurant and bar, simply failed. Had my meal deals refunded.

Very nice ? I'm having a big problem trying to call the reception, I think I my ring ? slipped off my finger in the bathroom as I had it on before just before we left yesterday! I went to the loo just before we left. Or it could of slipped off into the little bin as i was cleani g the rubbish up .Saturday the 20th of July. Please could you have them call me .Room 117name of Davis. THANKS.

One of the nicest premier Inn hotels I have stayed in. Room was lean and tidy and the staff are very attentive and most importantly super friendly. Regular visitor to the area and will stay here if available.
Brewers Fayre next door is handy and reasonably priced.
Perfectly situated for acces into town and not to far away from the motorway.
Very impressed.
Rooms: Standard but nice and clean.
