The post office was closed on Saturday and there was no update on website or in the shop. I preferred to give no starts was it wasn?t an option.

On the website the post office says it closes at 17.30 but when I went at 17.19 it was closed. Not happy and I also want to pay my water at that branch. Please can someone look into this

Went to post some parcels, but they refused to stamp my certificate of postage paperwork saying they?ll give me a receipt, exceptionally blunt and difficult person in the store.
No wonder they have to sell so much other rubbish in there as the Post Office part is terrible.

Wasted trip it states they close at two o'clock on Saturdays were actually they are closed they were so unhelpful in there especially as their door broke my wheelchair and nobody bothered to try and help me in there absolutely appalling how they treat disabled people like that

I went in today to post a parcel. There was a man sat behind the counter but he told me he couldn't take my parcel as he was on a break. I don't begrudge anyone having a break, but don't sit behind the counter. His manner was very unfriendly indeed.

No idea who these other reviewers encountered. I have been here several times and always had lovely service. I did have to wait while someone got a coffee once but I probably wouldn't have used that few minutes to conquer the world. I had particularly fantastic service from a bloke when the post office had just closed and he helped me out anyway. Thanks to him.

Ordered a caramel macchiato, when I got back to the van the cup was below half empty, I literally had a espresso shot it seemed. Couldn?t be asked to go back by that point.

This little post office is so useful, and the service I have received has always been very good and very friendly. What a contrast with larger post offices, where one has to queue for ages.

1 star because of the experience. If you have parcel for Parcelforce how dare you bring it to post office...just take it to Parcelforce was the advice. Parcelforce though told me, to bring it to post office, that was closer...which means the lady would have to do some work...wow...no way. I rather go somewhere else than disturb her...again.
