Very friendly atmosphere and very understanding staff. We were out with the kids past their bed time and the staff were very helpful in getting them fed quickly!

The food was very sub standard today. Too much tomato sauce on my Sons pizza ?. Too much sauce on my Chicken Parmigiana , it just drowned everything out.
The service from our waiter was great.
The attitude of the Manager when I told her that the toilet floor was soaking wet was "well she has only just finished cleaning it" surely that doesn't mean that I had to go paddling to get to the urinal.
Can honestly say that this is the worst Pizza Express that we have been to.

I am disappointed with my experience at Pizza Express in Aldershot. My order was changed three times and I had to wait excessively long for my food. This was unacceptable. One star - rubbish. Pizza was cold too.

Our waiter didn't put our order onto the system so we waited for 30 minutes, then to be told we needed to order again. It was over an hour before we got any food and then the order was wrong.
The manager did not come to apologise and the waiter pulled a face when we didn't leave a tip. Pizza Express has really gone down hill. Or at least the Aldershot branch has.

Pretty poor tonight.
Came here in the evening on a trip with the family.
Was sat for around 15-20 mins before our waiter even came over for drinks/ordering. Waiter was nice but clearly overran with poor staff around him. Only one other lad "helping"/clearing tables who was pretty useless.
Almost an hour from sitting down before our starter doughballs and prawns came. Starters were ok. Had to request plates because they were forgotten.
Another 30 mins wait after starters before mains finally arrived. No extra asks for any drinks etc. the whole time. Wasn't exactly the fault of our waiter really. Actually felt for him he was pretty much trying to take care of the entire place with almost zero help and the kitchen staffed looked completely disorganised.
The lad who was clearing plates came after finishing. We asked for a diet coke. It didn't arrive.
One pizza was way too greasy and poor standards which was removed from the bill after the main waiter came across. He was apologetic, and also had to remind the other lad about the diet coke (he eventually ended up bringing it across himself). The other pizzas were ok. Nothing special.

Just finished our meal at Aldershot Pizza Express. We throughly enjoyed the night. The male waiter/manager was amazing and very friendly. Thankyou for a lovely meal. ??

Ordered for delivery through the app. The £16.45 Pollo Fiesta was very bare and looked like something that we could have made ourselves, both pizzas were completely cold. The drive to the store is 9mins so not much of an excuse. We'll go for somewhere else next time, or maybe even make it ourselves. Very disappointed as this is meant to be a treat.28/05/2024 edit: we decided to give Pizza Express Aldershot one more try and ordered a number of things through Pizza Express' own website and used a birthday voucher we'd gotten from the app and being loyal customers. The delivery time on this was 45mins but yet the order was simply cancelled an hour later without a reason given. A call to the store was met with 'you can place another order'... not sure we'll be doing that all anymore! What an utter waste of time, don't bother and just go for Dominos, I've never had these issues there.

On behalf of St Mark's school, we would like to say a huge thank you to the chef and accompanying members of staff today. We arrived with our Year 6 class at 10am for our 'End of SAT's Pizza making treat.' We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and shown to our 'Masterclass area.'The chef was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and so good with the children. They were able to accommodate one of our pupils with a severe allergy, and demonstrated awareness and importance of cross contamination.Our children were able to taste various toppings, learn all about Pizza Express and create their own pizza, (with passata and cheese toppings) to take back to school. They were enjoyed and devoured in minutes. Thank you

Visited on Thursday evening for first time in few months. Booked table for 5:45, only 3-4 other tables occupied at the time. Young lad that served us was friendly & chatty & is good representation of how a waiter / waitress should be. Unfortunately the food spoilt our visit again. We ordered a romana to share & a picolo menu for our little lady. Her pizza was barely cooked. Our?s was so thin & over cooked we sent it back. Fully aware Romana?s are thinner but this was see through & greasy with pepperoni so crispy it was blackened at the edges. Second one came with slight improvement but still not great.Last time we visited our little lady?s La Reine pizza which we asked for no mushrooms extra olives took 3 attempts for the chef?s to get right, 1st attempt came with mushrooms, 2nd attempt came with correct ingredients but disgustingly under cooked, the cheese was sliding off the pizza & the 3rd attempt was cooked nicely but we were back to receiving mushrooms despite the request of none! Pretty sure the waiting staff are meant to check tickets against the food they are collecting, especially after an incorrect item being served the first time. 3 attempts at a 2 ingredient kids size pizza is so poor. Again, this was a pre-booked table in a not very busy restaurant. We?d been in the restaurant so long by this point we couldn?t be bothered sending what should have been a TWO ingredient pizza back as we?d finished our food & our then 5 year old hadn?t had her main course. What a rubbish experience as a family dinner.MASSIVE shame as prior to these last 2 visits we ate here regularly enough to become gold member on the rewards app. The parking at Aldershot is so much easier than our next closest PE restaurant in Farnham where you can only feed the parking meters with coins! Just not prepared to spend money on food cooked by chef?s who clearly don?t care about what they send out. What a let down for customers & the waiting staff having to serve the uninspiring pizzas.

What a disappointment. We ordered two medium sized pizzas and were shocked when we got them home. They were as big as my open hand (I'm a 1,60cm girl).We paid £31 for dwarf, cold pizzas. A rip off
