First lady I called was rude to me wouldn't help Me change my number over and hung up the phone. Then today was put through to the mortgage team when I clearly asked what my bank details were . Do better !!

Going into the Nationwide is an absolute pleasure when held in comparison to the reception in a Nat West branch (who I currently bank with). No one telling me that I should use the app or trying to put me off actually being there. Friendly and helpful staff. I have a large payout coming in later this year. I know where...
