had a couple complications with the nandos app, called the store and felix the manager was more than helpful to fix the problem and went over and beyond. very appreciated

Manager was kind. Staff are polite and food is great value for money.

The food took too long to come but Felix make the service and atmosphere very enjoyable and made up for the delayed food

We came here for our Christmas Eve eve celebrations and the vibes were just good. We had a table within minutes and the servers were attentive. Felix made our early Christmas celebrations memorable. The food did take a long time to come but it was worth the wait when it did. We left feeling stuffed.

Not a good experience here, have been a regular customer for over 3 years. Was told there was a 20-30 minute wait even tho there were 6 tables free! Was told that we couldn?t be sat there as there was too many orders going through the kitchen and a long wait time for food, you should focus your efforts on customers in the restaurant and not the Deliveroo orders, won?t ever come back here again!!

Always a top spot to dine in,staff were running around looked very busy though well managed with their customer services, staff sandesh and the team were hardworking we could easily see them working hard,food was served quick,fresh,hot.

Food was really good . The service was quick supervisor Sandesh was very polite and helpfull,asked us about allergies as soon as we met,looked very busy on floor even though managed to had a conversation with the people.Well done to all the team for your service.
