I ordered 2 meals 1 for me and 1 for my 3 year old, she wanted a Happy Meal with Fish Fingers, A Cucumber Bag and Fruitshoot. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal. Firstly Uber Eats is poor, I live 7 minutes away from this store but couldn?t pick up so I asked for a delivery. I ordered it at 18:30 and it turned up at 19:56!! And it was STONE COLD, and I had 3 different uber drivers details, so did they meet up somewhere and just swap orders? The Chips weren?t edible as they were severely undercooked, and had no flavour my daughter?s food was so cold! So now I am having to make her something to eat at this time of night! Her cucumber bag wasn?t in the delivery neither was her fruit shoot! This is such poor service is it really that hard to read a ticket? Such poor service all round! And there is no one to call to get my missing items or money back! So disappointed as is my daughter!
