This is an inconvenience rather than convenience store.Customers are secondary,staff appear totally disinterested,customer care is looked on as a foreign disease, never a smile of welcome just a look of pure resignation when you enter,management is poor and the staff themselves openly moan,not what I expect or want from a name like Morrisons who opened their very first store in my hometown,come on Morrisons, sort this excuse for a store out.

If there was a zero rating this store would get it, I work in retail and to go here to see a member of staff outside smoking ? whilst cages are inside blocking isles,shelves are never full

This shop is never open, they close for hours sometimes. They can be prosecuted. Your not allowed to shut a shop for hours and days.

Don'tbother trying to collect a parcel before 10am, just been turned away at 8am even though the store is open just because they've had a delivery and there are trolley's everywhere....don't open at 7am if you can't cope!
