UPDATE...Three weeks ago a disabled family member (with blindness) went to this branch to order a new bank debit card as his had developed a fault and no longer worked. The female assistant, I think similar to the person described by others, proudly informed him she had ordered another replacement card and not to worry.... read full comment

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this branch. I went in just to take out some cash, but couldn’t help noticing how loudly the staff were speaking to customers. Poor customer service and Nepalese female (mole on face) was very rude. She was shouting the whole time, she could have explained my husband nicely and politely. She even told my husband to change the bank. We will never go back there again.
