The service at Bartlett Group Ash is awful! They have had my medical form for 7 weeks and this has still not been completed and given back to me, even though I paid for this service. I have gone to the practice twice for an update and phoned several times and each time they respond ?we cant hurry the doctor up?. Because of this I have not received a start date for my new job and I am behind on the application, I am due to start in January but it is looking unlikely now thanks to the form not being completed. I am still waiting for them to give my form back! Absolutely disgusting service! 7 weeks of waiting has caused me unnecessary stress as Im worried about my job! I will leave this practice now.. everyone else had their form back with 10 days from other surgeries!

Can never get appointments there when you need them any more. Completely under resourced and oversubscribed.
Have been with this practice for 20 years, but I?m seriously considering moving back to Frimley Road.
Even with a serious condition, such as a deep concern that my child might be diabetic, and having a hyperglycaemic attack, was met with no solution at all other than to ? ring back tomorrow?. When I did call back the next day I was told there were still no appointments and was asked to queue up outside in person at 7:30 in the morning the following morning. Only then was able to get an appointment for my sick child.
I have had concerns with regards to breast lumps and am yet to have an appointment.
I appreciate that it is not the fault of the people working at the practice (as they are all lovely), but senior management need to do something about the lack of resources for the number of patients that they have. It?s utterly ridiculous.
Perhaps our MP needs to get involved .

I am so glad you have taken over this pharmacy! I used to dread picking up my prescription and would expect to wait at least an hour.... now its a very pleasant experience and I am in and out so quickly (which is great when you're anxious). Very friendly staff who are good at what they do! Thank you.

Very friendly staff. Pharmacist goes out of his way to find the prescribed medication, even when there is a nationwide shortage of it. The shop always looks clean and well stocked. Never have to wait long to be served or to collect my prescription

I rang as my usual pharmacy and Tesco were not able to supply my meds. Such a polite caring gentleman answered the phone. He said I could pick up some straight away or wait until the next day when the whole of the amount was in. As promised he rang the next day to say they were in, and being open until 5.30 on a Saturday was wonderful.

Even though I went in only a short time after my prescription had been sent I popped in on the off chance (I would have been happy to have been asked to come back), it was looked up and done then and there. Brilliant and super polite staff. Thank you!

Efficient and helpful. An enormous improvement from the last company that ran a pharmacy there. I have now returned to using Ash Vale Pharmacy & Travel Clinic and thank you for providing an invaluable local service.
