Compared to other stores I find Lidl more reasonable in terms of price and as well as finding the right foods and stuffs.. I specially like the deals they have and the bakery. However pizza is something I would not eat ?. Frozen foods salads and beer ?? is a defo.

good selection, and Lidl is my favourite supermarket, but this branch lets the German company down significantly. The checkouts are generally unmanned, and the self-service checkouts are often broken - one of the cash only tills has been out of action for months. As a result of this, customers are often stressed out, which transfers onto staff. staff generally look tired and frustrated. Could be so much better, hence the low score. Do better.
update: Customer services asked me to email them with more details which I went out of my way to do, but heard nothing back. So minus 1 star - I don't appreciate being told what to do, she I especially dislike being ignored.

I feel so frustrated with this Lidl because it is a convenient location for me but since it doesn?t have its own car park you have to rely on the Wellington Centre?s car park and its lifts are always broken. Had to carry my shopping from the lower ground floor to 5th floor. Never doing that again and will probably have to choose Guildford?s location from now on.

Overall it was a good experience shopping here well stocked, well clean, cheap stuff and they?re bringing more variety to the shop. The big problem was Charlotte being so rude when she?s being on the self scan tills, you can see she can?t manage her stress in there and the lack of patience with certain people she defo needs to be re train on that.

What a disappointment. Finished shopping went to pay and found out no cashiers on the checkout and about 20 plus people waiting to self service. This is not good enough and this isn't the first time it's been like this sorry lidl I will not return to the aldershot branch as it is absolutely useless and I think others are starting to do the same. Best address this very soon before you loose all customers. Advice to all keep away as you will be disappointed too. It's The worst branch I have ever visited

Charlotte has to learn how to count until 10 unfortunately ( bought 9 items but got charged for 11), she's not qualified to be on checkout till as she's very rude and has an attitude with customers, very uneducated and management should provide some basic training (how to talk to a customer skills maybe?)counting items is not her skill ?

Long queue .less staff .less till open for customers. waiting time is very long. No wonder why people don't come here
