The place was busy, busy, busy; judging from the number of cars in the queue.
The service, none the less, did not disappoint. They were polite and prompt.
Above all the chicken portions were good. I mean crisp and more importantly, not greasy and soggy, after a 10 minute drive home. The French fries could have been better. Well done guys, I?ll be back again.

Had hot wings eat 2 the noticed the 3rd one was covered in hairs it looked like a cats tail I?m not kidding there must of been at least 20 to 30 hairs took them back and they replaced the 1 wing they did not care like it was the norm . I shell not be going there again!

Rubbish service - won?t take order at till - kiosks don?t work - rice boxes come drowned in sauce instead of a dressing - go to Camberley instead

Staff didn't give change , then were rude at collection window. Food was poor , box meal didn't come with mini fillet , stacker burger had chicken missing. Got about 6 chips.
Tried to complain but manager was rude .
DO NOT USE THIS KFC. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. WONT BE RETURNING.

Always have a good meal here. Chicken is always hot and fresh. Staff are always friendly. Toilets are clean . Tables always clean too.

Today?s meal at KFC was simply awful. The fillet tower burger was poorly presented and cold, making it unappetising from the first bite. I was shocked that there was no fork for the beans, which made eating them inconvenient and messy. The chicken itself was small and a weird size ? I honestly couldn?t tell if it was a side breast or something else.
It was so bad that I had to throw the majority of the food in the bin. It?s clear that this branch doesn?t care about the food they serve. Sadly, this reflects the downward trend in KFC?s quality over the years. Today was the last straw ? they?ve lost a customer for good. ???
