I came in with my twin sons who struggle with shopping and social settings there was a gentleman that worked in there who went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and help them pick the trainers they felt comfortable in nothing was too much from helping them chose to making sure they had a personal experience and left with there own bags with the items they chose he was extremely supportive professional and helpful

I could give it a minus for every aspects. Everytime I go there, the staffs are talking to themselves and not offering help! If the costumer asks for assistance they look at each other for expecting the other will go!Very un proffesional staff, and poor hospitality!

Great staff in there i bought our grandchild a shorts and tshirt set it didnt fit great so returned it they never had the next size up but they went and ordered it and had it delivered next day with no extra charge great work guys.
