I could give it a minus for every aspects. Everytime I go there, the staffs are talking to themselves and not offering help! If the costumer asks for assistance they look at each other for expecting the other will go!Very un proffesional staff, and poor hospitality!

I came in few days ago and it seemed to me that the black guy who works there doesn?t do anything but order around the staff, while just standing at the entrance.

Purchased a pair of trainers staff & management were able so sort out & assist in exchanging my trainer's later that day making it a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Great staff in there i bought our grandchild a shorts and tshirt set it didnt fit great so returned it they never had the next size up but they went and ordered it and had it delivered next day with no extra charge great work guys.

Funny story, as I see friends down there I pop in often and have to say the team is well presented and always ready to serve with s smile ? I normally get served by a chap called Joe funny as I have same name ?????? Joe always has that high energetic vibe that the team feed off, iv seen it. Great store and team, if ever around looking for new trainers or a nice tracksuit I would recommend seeing these guys... I mean not Camberley, guildford or Farnborough JDs because they don't do service like the team in aldershot ????? js ??

Never liked going there as every time l go there staff is acting strange when l say my shoe size which l dont think is oversized. Very slow service and they are just hidin in the corners chatting to each other which makes me feel like why am l there
