Missing food from delivery. (Which arrived saturday) Called for hours before I managed to get through to a member of staff. Was told the miss food would be delivered today (Tuesday lunch time) food was failed to be delivered, tried to contact them multiple times with no success and they are now closed the food was supposed to be delivered Saturday and now I have to hope a member of staff actually picks up the phone tomorrow ( the following Wednesday)

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a shop get a home delivery and have items changed for items not even of the same value as the ones we paid for what?s worse is ringing the customer care line was pointless too could not help didn?t care and when I tried to speak just cut me off every chance they got if I was you SHOP ELSE WHERE!! Trust me better service in other places Iceland want to be near top however ICELAND YOUR A JOB
