Really helpful and friendly staff plus quality bathroom items. Clarissa was amazing - she even sent a design of our downstairs cloakroom within the time we left the showroom to arriving back home. Would highly recommend them!

This was wonderful customer service as Louise really listened to us, solved all of our problems, came up with ideas of her own, and made what seemed impossible at first become a really great bathroom. The depth of her knowledge of the plumbing and what is possible is really extraordinary.

Louise takes customer service to a new level and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best bathrooms. Not only did she advise on layout and fittings to make sure they were practical but also that were not spending money unnecessarily. Everything supplied was of good quality. The service did not stop once everything was ordered as Louise was always available for help, advice and support throughout.

Amazing service! We walked into HPS Aldershot with a view to revitalising our en suite bathroom and was greeted by Louise. We did have some ideas of what we wanted before we arrived. After a brief discussion and tour of the showroom, the help and guidance we received from Louise was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and after ordering, we were informed throughout the whole process. There were no issues and we now have a lovely new en suite, hassle free. We will certainly return for future works!!

Louise at HPS Aldershot is amazing with a capital A! I popped in to the beautiful showroom (so full of ideas), just to pick up a brochure not knowing where to start. Louise has guided my husband and I through the process of replacing our bathroom step by step with fantastic ideas, all within our budget. She has been endlessly patient, has inspired us with lots of clever tips and is lovely too. We all need a Louise in our lives!
