Aldershot Halfords has gone downhill since tom and Dan left.
New manager has no clue what he is doing, also overheard him talking to his assistant about ripping off customers laughing about It while making another cup of tea, they made 4 cups in the 50 mins I was sat waiting! No quote has been sent for my advisorys either, shocking!

Went to get help, guy at reception said he couldn't. So asked if he could direct me to another halfords and he said no. Wasn't helpful in anyway

Shocking. Tried the simplest of jobs with them (MOT and Service) and they can?t get someone in to do it. First time I was told the evening before I was due to have it that they would have to postpone ( so that I probably couldn?t find somewhere else to do it at 8pm at night).
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked to when they promised they?d have someone in to do it, and now I?ve been called on the day of the second attempt of an MOT to say they can?t do it anymore. Now I?m left with a car that has been waiting for a month since I booked it for an MOT and is now out of date on MOT and Servicing, so I?m stuck unable to drive anywhere. Cancelled with them fully - bloke i spoke to on the phone was useless and couldn?t care less so having to find alternate arrangements.
Will never recommend them - how on earth they run a business is beyond me.

Used them before. Good service, managed to carry out works in one day and there was quite a lot to do!

absolutely awful, only one technician and 20 cars booked in, what?s the point on appointments if they don?t work on it there and then, they don?t give you any idea of time even for just a small job. will definitely not be going back.

Booked a puncture repair, wasn't fixable so they ordered a new one and told me I could come along any time the next morning for it to be replaced. All done without issue, and didn't have long to wait both times at all, price reasonable and overall a very easy experience. Both gentlemen I spoke to over the 2 days were very helpful and friendly :) big thanks!

Great experience, I had my car for MOT. There is parking space in front of the store. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and informative. He told me exactly how long it takes for MOT and when it is ready will give me a call which he did. The centre of Aldershot is not far, so I went for a coffee while the car was finished. Just great

I always took my car to Halfords auto centre Aldershot. I tried Simply servicing Farnborough road next to enterprise, The difference was clear they could not fix my coolant leak but Halfords did

Excellent Auto centre. The best around in my opinion. Thank you Dan and Adam for taking the level of service higher. I did my MOT today and I received easily the best service ever. I will describe this branch as: Reliable, excellent service and friendly. You will want to come back after each service. Highly recommended.

Horrible staff!! 25.04.2025 @1330h Aldershot Branch
I been a customer of Halford Aldershot several years and I have always a good experience over the years booking for service and Mot not until today, I phone this morning to ask if they can see my car and the receptionist said that I can come around 1330h to check my wheel. I park my car and one of the crew approached me unhappy and looks annoyed and said I can?t park there, I asked him where I can park my car and said he doesn?t know, I went inside the reception and the same man that approached me at the car park, I said to him tthat I have an appointment around 1330h to check my wheel, he said no one is available to check my car, so I asked why they ask me to come on the said time when no one is available, he?s blaming his colleague that he booked me, he?s telling me that I am attacking him when he is the one attacking me, I felt his frustration that he has a lot to do with but his customer service is 0, not helpful and not offering any alternative to make his customer feel valued. So I went home and phone the Aldershot branch and I am asking the person I encountered in the garage, he drop the phone and I phoned again and he pretend that he cannot hear my call, what an awful customer service!!!

Booked my MoT on Bank Holiday Monday for the same day and it was done within the hour. The staff were polite, courteous and informative.
