Not a bad Greggs at all! Pleasant staff in the main - mostly efficient with service. Waiting time not too bad. Generous with the coffee too. Good job!

I frequently come into greggs and usually the service is amazing and everyone is so lovely. However, at the end of last week I came in and before I had even said anything to the lady who was serving (who I don't believe is a regular worker there as i've seen her before but not as frequently as I see the others) I was given a death stare and made to feel uncomfortable, I proceeded to be polite and ask for what I wanted and she didn't say a word and started aggressively tapping away on the till. Once I had then got my food, I said thank you have a nice evening and she didn't say a word to me throughout the whole interaction. I understand that some people have bad days but from my previous experience from working in customer service I also know how important it is to just be polite. I'm not asking for a full conversation but just a little thank you and a slight smile after I said have a nice evening would have been appreciated.

Never have enough selection you would think the most popular items they'd make more of. And on Sunday the Website says open until 4pm! They are closed before 3! Useless

My sister ordered some triple chocolate donuts & yum yum as I was t feeing well? It was lovely. They also added a cookie with the delivery. Yummy food with reasonable price x Staffs are always friendly while visiting the store. Thankyou xx
