Did a click and collect for a battery. It was ready for collection before I could get in the car to collect. In and out of the store in no time and the price was very competitive.

For small 15 Amp fuse I have to buy today and need to come tommrow what a waste of time and very slow workers and when I go to shop next day and handover the bill which I purchase yesterday he said me to speak about it which is crazy coz they can see the bill and easily find out why I came at their shop very rude...... ???????????

Horrendously slow system for a "click and collect". Should have a look at Screwfix to see how it can be done efficiently. What's the point in pre-ordering online if you have to queue for an eternity to get in, to see one person taking, picking, and taking payment for orders.

Website shows product in stock. What it doesn't say is that it may not be in stock at the branch you travelled to. Recommend a phone call before you leave home.
