I needed to make some boxes with removable lids to go over drain acces covers. I used decking for the constrction, being able to have them precut to size was excellent. From the initial telphone call to collection the service was brilliant. ??

If you're one of those people who might feel a little intimidated by going into a builders' merchants then this should be your place of choice. Super-friendly and knowledgeable staff put you at ease and are ready to give a hint or tip without being the least bit patronising. Really competitive pricing but who can put a price on first-class customer care? Highly recommended.

I went here for some timber to fix my fence. The staff were extremely helpful in advising me and cutting timber so it would fit in my car. Chris Clark in the yard was participating helpful. I?m not a trade customer but was given all the help needed to get what I wanted.

I have been using this Merchant ,as needs required, over many years and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. My visit yesterday was no different, I was served by Jason W, and not only was he all the above, he also offered me extra advice which was greatly appreciated, and subsequently acted on. Would never hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I rang up about wanting to insulate a summerhouse spoke to a lovely gentleman called Clive he was so good n very professional with me cos I didn't have a clue what we needed he told me to measure n ring back I did told him the measurements he worked it out and told me what I needed and also got next day delivery I can't thank him enough such a good experience and all down to him.
