This is useless. They signed up to justeat. Not sure who to blame. Justeat might be at fault.They accepted my order, they took payment for my order even said it was delivered. I never received my order. Had to go and get it in the end. Someone from both parties need to get this right Thieves

I am very pleased with this place.
I have been served several times by a lovely and kind woman named Julia. She provides excellent levels of customer service and makes an effort to speak to customers.
The Co-Op also has a space (which I have photographed) where they sell certain items extremely cheaply.
The only negative aspect of this place is that the aisles are narrow, but I appreciate that this allows more items to be displayed.
This place also does not have self-service tills, which is good. The members of staff are excellent and focus on customer service. All of the people behind the till are friendly and excel at interacting with customers.

Second time in about one month, their plastic recycling bins have been overflowing onto the pavement and there is no room for any more.
When informing the staff memebers I was told what do you want us to do about it it's not our problem and that I could empty the bin onto the pavement so there was room for mine. I informed their staff I did not wish to empty my rubbish onto pavement as I did not wish to pollute the enviroment as the wind would blowing it away; affecting the local wildlife. When stating this I was told "go elsewhere if that's a problem".
Not sure what training these staff memebers receive if any but I thought the coop was all about the communinty but guess not. They could easily have taken some of the recyling into their back room and stored it safely but instead chose to be rude and not assist. 0 customer service.

I use this shop a lot as am limited as to how far I can drive. As everywhere, there are gaps in the shelves for which they apologise (it's not their fault but down to driver/lorry shortage) All else is well stocked, clean & well organised. The staff are welcoming, smiling & helpful.Whether you want to call in for the odd item or do a more comprehensive shop, this is ideal.
