My experience at this Co-op has been nothing short of horrifying. As a person of colour, I felt blatantly discriminated against.
The staff?s demeanour was not just unprofessional but downright appalling, treating me with suspicion and hostility as though I were a criminal.
Their racist attitudes are not just outdated; they are morally reprehensible and have no place in today?s society.
This establishment?s systemic bias against non-white citizens is shameful, and their actions perpetuate harmful stereotypes.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to feel dehumanised and unwelcome. Co-op, you should be deeply ashamed.

Ordered a delivery and only half of it arrived. Then spent 20minutes calling but no one will pick up the phone. Simple conclusion- don?t use this service.

Don't do an online order from just eats for Co op hardly any of their staff can actually read!! Missed out most of my items didn't say they weren't in stock. Either poor lazy or you need training to read!

Of all the main supermarkets Waitrose is supposed to be the most expensive, but clearly the reports don?t take into account the Co-op. It is *** outrageously, breathtakingly, staggeringly *** expensive. Almost everything is more expensive than in a branch of Waitrose. Use for emergencies only. Even basic products like milk are about 20% more expensive.

I'm beginning to become quite irritated with the tall larger built, tight curls haired, girl that works in the shop. She carries an extreme sour face and quite rude to customers, generally. It really won't take long before I have a word with management about this girl. SORT IT OUT, please.

The Gro selection at this particular branch is quite lacking and pitiful, it's shame because I know the Gro range has a wide variety of products and at this branch it is very scarce and underwhelming.

Decent shop, service from those serving is good. But coop spends more time worrying about deliveroo targets than physical customers these days, managers ignore queuing customers as they seem too busy or important and must only get KPIs on deliveroo.

Shop is a joke.....manager needs to be sacked! Staff are allways (on a break) or (out the back) one person serving when the que is going round the shop!!! And certain staff are just plain rude
