Flippant, rubbish and rude staff. Stock inventory is in a shambolic state. Avoid this store at all costs it's absolutely wank and smells like wee (pardon my French).

I recently had an issue with my laptop which was still under warranty from CeX. I dealt with Kate/Katie who was exceptional and provided really good service and kept me updated about what was happening with my laptop. She was really polite and really is an asset to the company.

A poor situation turned good. I received the wrong item from an urgent online purchase. I saw this store had the correct item, so I undertook a 2 hour drive to request an exchange. The young man on the till was very helpful and knowledgable, and processed the exchange. He even threw in a free accessory for my item!
My only gripe was the slightly abrupt manager (?). Possibly because it was first thing in the morning and they already had to deal with this problem.
Anyway, thank you to this store for giving me a solution to my problem - an online return/ exchange would've been a massive inconvenience

I have had a few items from this branch and no complaints. The staff always extremely helpful. I was gifted with a iPhone from c.e.x at Christmas and has a 5 year warranty which is a fantastic extra for piece of mind.

Recently brought an apple mac worth 615 pound, and I brought this based on the warranty. and I got a problem with the keyboard and I cant enter to my laptop, I lost every data on my lap by resetting the password. and I went to CEX Aldershot with evidence of my laptop problem, First time they try to avoid me by telling they cant find the problem, and then they told me to wait 1 hr, and I did, after 1 hr, they haven't checked my lap and they told me, they can't do anything, Completely lost the belief of CEX and their warranty, and I am not going to purchase anything from CEX.

Do not take anything here to sell today they said before we left so they could test it that it was in good condition and they could do a good price returned to be told they aren?t taking the item as it was damaged as they were putting it back in the box they ripped the box it was in and they were extremely rude
