Rude lady on 50s on white outfit. Please be kind to your customers. Except that lady all of the member of staff are nice. Not everybody can handle your rudeness. Left the store with disappointment and sadness. Kindness is free. I can?t believe people with horrible attitude and behavior work in a customer service.

Please be aware. There is a woman working here she has been here a very long time. Bright blonde hair, lots of makeup, slim late 50s with a common accent. She's sarcastic and incredibly rude. There are other reviews about her on here. I have contacted customer service and they said are looking into it finally. Fingers crossed they do something about it. I asked her in a polite way if they sell cold drinks and she replied figure it out yourself. I was shocked. How this woman has got away with this. Hopefully something gets done about it.

I don't normally shop in boots, for the same reason I don't drive a diamond encrusted Ferrari, because I can't afford to and I'm not crazy. Boots seems to think that it's perfectly acceptable to offer inflated prices because customers love its customer service, but what happens when the customer service is a pleasurable as being buried alive with Nigel Farage? Well, that's where their business model falls apart, because being buried alive, even with the pathologically dishonest charlatan -Nigel Farage, is preferable to shopping in Boots with its inflated prices, staff who make you feel an inconvenience and and an environment which has less atmosphere than the moon. The last time I visited a Boots I to visit was when I fell on my head, only to believe that I was Elizabeth Taylor and was there to launch my latest scent called, 'Channel Tunnel No.2s', a fragrance for the modern mobile lavatory.

Monica at Boots is always so helpful and cheerful! Every time I visit when she?s there, she goes out of her way to assist with a smile. It?s always a pleasure seeing her, and she really makes the shopping experience so much better. Great service!

Got home from shopping and realised I was £20 short. Phoned customer service (unfortunately unable to call store direct as no matter what I pressed was directed to their website). I was put through to the manager, Corrinne, who was very helpful. I thought maybe 2 notes had stuck together. Corrinne checked and this proved to be the case. Everyone was so friendly and I am glad I phoned

This morning, I went to Boots in Aldershot to get some infant drops for my baby. I politely asked one of the ladies (blonde, glasses, and blue nail polish) where I could find the drops. I can only describe her as lazy and careless. She couldn?t care less about my enquiry and just pointed her finger and said, ?That side,? and walked off! In all fairness, the shop was busy; all her colleagues were busy serving customers and stocking shelves, but she wasn?t doing anything, just walking around very slowly. Hence why I asked her.
I?ve been to this store many times and always had top customer service, but not on this occasion
After I found what I was looking for, I saw the lady just walking around. It looked like she was trying to avoid helping her busy colleagues or assisting customers
