So this place used to be nice but now its just gone down hill. Ive been twice in the past month and both times the staff dont listen so you dont get what youve ordered. The staff dont seem to know what their "melts" are and just dont seem to be bothered. If you dont want to work there dont work there. The subway at the petrol station in northenden is 10 times better

Absolutely do NOT bother ordering from here!
Half our order missing spent nearly £47 on 3 meal deals!
Rang store the guy couldn't do anything, apparently everything went in 1 bag, 3 drinks, fries, crisps, 3 cookies & 3 sandwiches i don't think so.All we got was the sandwiches & a packet of crisps. Told to claim on just eats!

Really it's ridiculous experience, long guy who is working there who have no sense for using the same gloves for vegetarian and non vegetarian, we asked him he replied I just changed .another lady has heard of hearing , My son ask for tissue paper she literally ignore him , I say never go if you have self respect.
Vegetarian options: I am telling to all vegetarian or vegan don't go there because they are playing with our food

Just been and this is the worst Subway ever! Avoid if you can. The staff are rude as hell. If you don't like serving customers, find another job!

Slowest Subway I have ever visited. Staff just stood there having a conversation and a laugh with my sandwich sat in front of them for a good minute before they just turned back to me and stared at me, as if I had been the holdup. In need of some basic manners and customer service training

Not sure why customers hanging around waiting to be served, service slow, staff busy chatting with each other, charging for extra items that a) other stores don?t when you are having less items on said sandwich, not thinking outside the box, tunnel vision! Too many Subways to choose from with better service.

Today, I while I was about getting my order, the staff (Chloe) ignored me and another lady standing and waiting without saying anything. When I asked to be served, she was very rude and ended up not serving me! Her actions just Subway to lose 2 customers who witnessed it and left as I left the shop shocked and embarrassed.

Took my son for a foot long. He's a regular there and he said the chap with the tattoos gave us the best service he's ever had. I must admit, I agree. Credit to the company. Well done

A VERY good Subway!! Bravo! No issue with requesting a gluten free sub. Staff helpful, accommodating and friendly. Lots of ingredients added. Really tasty. Clean inside (eat in). Will definitely return.
