Parking fine received after pulling into the garage in bad weather, using the facilities and sitting in ny vehicle to drink the coffee I bought whilst waiting for rain to pass. Can't understand how this was the apparent 32mins I took. Exit was blocked due to cars filling up and damaged exit road causing 1 car only to fit through. Appeal rejected by Euro Car Parks!

I use this station often but now you can shove it, I came in to vac and clean my car and most times fill up too, but I've received a fine for using your station so to all drivers do NOT use this station. Then you get a response and guess what it doesn't work, ps still not received a response.

Bad service I went in the morning 5:00 a.m. no one was available on the till I was waiting around 10 to 15 minutes after long time one person came I asked for coffee I Can See Clearly the coffee machine was working and he said no he's not available

When I stayed over at Manchester Airport for 2 nights and when I was trying to choose to buy a drink, I felt intimidated by the shopkeeper watching me and when he knew I was trying to decide what drink I want, he walked into me and didn?t say sorry or thank you when I let him get past and it?s not nice when ppl like get too close to me, it gets me anxious

I am absolutely shocked at this place, I'm a disabled woman, I use crutches because my balance is off, and I had major surgery a few years ago, i can manage to wash my car but obviously it took me a little longer than I expected because I had to hold the car and it was a bit of a struggle. I had no idea I was being timed, I was there 45mins, I honestly didn't realise, no one was waiting. When I'd finished, I got in car and left. To my absolute disgust I received a letter in the post from the company who maybe owns shell, and I've been charged £100 for washing my car. I was putting money in there machine and yet I'm being charged. It's absolutely disgusting, I don't have a lot, there's a money crisis, I didn't realise by standing on there property for a bit extra time I'd be charged £100, it's causing me a lot of anxiety. I never knew something like this even happened.

WARNING to everyone who use this patrol station, I would advice everyone to avoid it. I got a parking fine of £100 even tho I was using the services they have available. For sure I will never be going there again

Car wash Pressure washer has terrible low pressure and doesn'tuse enough soap.
Use the MFG pressure washers in Wythenshawe Town centre or Tesco Extra Handforth instead. Avoid this Shell.

Came back to ring way car park to find we had a flat tyre so walked down to the petrol station to see if they sold a foot pump or compressor to which I got No. So asked for a taxi number to try to get to the Sainsbury's super store before it closed at 10pm. And again all I got was a No. No sorrys no apologies just a straight up No. So now waiting for the AA to come pick sort us out when could have sorted in 20mins. Really poor customer service and for a petrol.

I went there two days in a row 1st day I put in £38,50 and we paid him in cash£40 and he didn?t give the right amount money back he only gave us £1,15, that?s what he did last week as well and the 2nd he charged us money for no reason bad service DO NOT GO THERE!

Advertises that they take yodel parcels but refuses the parcel as 'wrong size' when you get there: won't specify what size or list the size limits on the yodel website which has no such restrictions listed.

Awful place. Overcharged twice for items off the shelf and their delivery collection service for yodel is always either out of service (scanner broken apparently) or the package is the "wrong size".
