I had recently in the last year left a quit brutal review regarding this KFC.
I had to delete it and write a new one as the establishment has done a full circle.
The staff are polite.
The store is clean.
The food is hot and presentable.
Nice.

Nearly forgot my popcorn chicken! Food was nice and staff friendly
Genuinely have to check my order every time. At least 1 in 4 times they forget the chips or some chicken. Other than that, it's fine

I ordered the 6 hot wings meal and only got 4 wings, please check the bags before you leave make sure all your food is there that you paid for.

Such a disgrace. This is the third time it happened. We ordered variety bucket and pieces were missing. cant be bothered to drive back all the way just to ask for missing piece but when it happened for third time, decided to put a review to make other customers aware about it. Pathetic customer service. Will never order from here again. One is chorlton is mile better.

Came to KFC last minute as out shopping . First time in ages really lovely friendly staff also food was hot fresh and quick . Lovely staff member who helped my grandson order an icecream on machine then he paid at counter .couldnt fault the service thank you .

Covering Manager Inaq on tonight?s shift has provided excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond to resolve an issue off the back of a just eat delivery driver who failed to deliver our food. Understandably we were frustrated but Inaq dealt with our complaint in a very calm and professional manner.
The issue is still ongoing however we are very impressed with how Inaq has tried his best to make us comfortable and happy for the night until we hear back from Just Eat.
