If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!First we've been to loads of JDs trying to find nike shoes and nowhere has them in juniors so we called here and he said he has them in 4 1/2 and 5 and we get there and they don't have a 5 only the left foot after they said they will put them on hold for us after we just tried Handforth but no luck.Very dissatisfied.

My mother had the worst experience at Wythenshawe JD she is a vulnerable lady who does not speak English but she can fully understand. staff treat out really disgusting and very disrespectful she?s an elderly person she didn?t need to be speak to the way they did treat her that disrespectful manner.I have never experienced this type of behaviour from a big company like thisAll she did was walk around the aisle I?m looking for some items to buy and she sneezed and this was not during Covid time so I did not understand a human being cannot sneeze so they escorted her from the whole shop and screamed kicked her out for no reason she was confused vulnerable asking people why why and when she asked why the lady disrespecte she said you are disgusting Screaming at at her like she was stealing-have been living in Wythenshawe for five years My mother is 62 years old how can you be profiling people like that I don?t understand ?

Terrible customer service! particularly from branch manager herself and staff. I was subject to discrimination from the branch manager whom did not show any sign of professionalism and morals. Rude and disrespectful and refused a sale for no apparent reason. When I asked for her name she refused (female, short light brown hair, and wears glasses.) I was shocked that she point blank refused to provide her name and alerted staff not to provide any names. She stated it was ?confidential? ? well she had just made things 10 times worse for herself as I?ve made a formal complaint to head office and there?re conducting a internal investigation.
