Always have 2 wait a very long time for ur prescription, some staff have a attitude problem, but the tall young lad really needs 2 sort his attitude out, would have given a 1 star but some of the staff are really helpful and try their best, its the others that let the team down

This is only forgetting in contact with you by phone in a wordTERRIBLE I ring it still rings. Then it rings someone picks up and puts it down again TERRIBLE. Even if your busy it would be nice to be acknowledged. So over all TERRIBLE, for contacting you.

Great Staff all of the pharmacies on civic all good staff. Not going to change the ratings for this pharmacy because of a member of staff got me barred whilst the manager Anthony Finley was intimidating and bullying me when I answered my phone. On answering it he became aggressive and told me not to ignore his staff. Given no reason other than attitude problem. This member of staff said this either racially motivated against me or because of my prescriptions she knew what they were for. Broke 2010 equality act of a person protected by a special characteristic. A customer approached Anthony Finley who witnessed everything and informed him that there's two side's to every story he couldn't answer this customer and automatically got off he knew that this customer was right. After two years under Asda pharmacy never once have i been refused a prescription on the day. She was even laughing in my face from behind the counter when I tried getting this manager's attention he did not want to know. I just hope none of your security staff approach me I will immediately phone the emergency services not being harrased by no security

A fairly average-sized Asda store, located in Wythenshawe Civic Centre, there is also a Post Office in this store, which is handy as it is the only Post Office in the town centre. The store was fine, although there are better ASDA stores nearby, the product selection was OK for a store of its' size, and I was able to pick up most of the few items I needed. Scan & Go Mobile is available in this store, where you can scan and bag items as you shop, I do think it is really difficult to pay here compared to other supermarkets as you can only go to one specific self-service checkout, which is on the end and mixed in with the others, this is the first ASDA location which does not either have a specific section or the technology added on to all self-service machines, I think it makes little sense to not signpost it, which leads to confusion, especially as there is no area to queue if you want this machine only. The staff seemed more annoying than helpful, after I found out where the machine was, the employee seemed eager to assist me, even though I told her I was fine and didn't require assistance, as I struggled to scan my barcode, she typed it in, she seemed to be doing it really slowly to waste time, and pressed the wrong button to delete everything to start again, she even touched my phone as the screen began to dim, without permission, which I didn't find to be appropriate, especially considering I didn't require help in the first place... someone should play her Raylee's entry into Melodi Grand Prix... "I don't need a hero" There was a pharmacy but this just seemed to get in the way, there were some warehouse/unloading cages around the store which also were an inconvenience, but this certainly wasn't as bad as many other stores nearby within the town centre. 3* - Pretty average ASDA, there are better stores nearby but with this being the only major supermarket in Wythenshawe town centre, a town of over 100,000 people, it is useful.

Tried to get a cream which didn't need to be prescribed and which a GP had recommended for my sister. The woman behind the desk, Aria. Wouldn't sell me the cream despite me explaining my sister had been to a GP and wouldn't be able to come into the store and was going away. When I shown her online that it says it can be bought over the counter, doesn't have to be prescribed and doesn't react badly with anything else all she could say was "well it's behind the desk so...".Lloyds Pharmacy were far more helpful and just facing the store.
