Pizza was pretty good and fries were good in proportion, had to leave some out because 2 people were full, me and my friend. And they (Jay or Jayne, forget her name) gave us 2 sauces with it for free. Overall pretty nice.

Food tastes alright once it arrives but time and time again the delivery takes 90 mins +++. The app says 45 mins, then it says it's out for delivery (a 7 min drive away) and yet it still takes 20+ mins from the update. Really bad customer service which takes away from the decent food - such a shame.

Each time I?ve ordered from here it has taken between 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 45 to receive the order from placing it. There?s never any apology or good will gestures given, which is a shame because the food is good, just a shame about the service, or lack of!

Very poor customer service. I ordered from Italian Express through Uber Eats and waited over an hour, but my food was never delivered. I called the restaurant, and someone told me it would arrive in 20 minutes. It didn?t?then they canceled the order without informing me.
To make things worse, no refund was issued, and no one followed up. This kind of service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.

Absolute disgrace - Ordered a ?quick? small order and starved to death waiting for it. Rang 3 times & told it was on the way, ridiculous customer service too dont bother!!

Ordered a week or two ago, typical wait time is supposedly 1hr 10. We waited for more than 2 hours on a relatively small order, received cold food eventually, and it was all squashed in the boxes. Partner had to microwave their meal. No response when reviewed on their site. We usually go here for Pizza but I'm starting to think it's not worth the risk anymore.

Used to be really good and food is nice but recent delivery times and customer service have made me have to stop ordering from
them. Orders take over 2 hours to arrive and when you call they either lie about it being out for delivery, don?t answer calls or hang up. After waiting over 2 hours today I requested some compensation via Just Eat and they refused. Poor service and they don?t care about customers who have been ordering from them for years. It?s a shame.

Took over 2 hours and 30 mins to be delivered, every time you called you are told the driver had just left with it and it will be 10 minutes.. not he first time this has happened either - this is the last time using here
