So today 7/11/2023 at approximately 13.30 I visited this car wash as I do every 2 weeks on average. In the middle of the wash my van got stuck (which is a fear of mine anyway). At this point the man who was working there stopped the machines and came towards my car and asked my to open the window, which I did. He then started shouting at me saying did I have the handbrake on to which I said no, and was it in neutral to which I said yes. He carried on shouting saying that I couldn't be right and to show him, which I did. Like I said I use this frequently but he was talking to me like I was stupid. I will not be using this car wash again absolutely awful customer service.

Best car wash ever been to. Cleans the outside brilliant and the staff are always friendly.Make sure you download the app for the benefits of money off washes and a free wash after ever X washes.

Had a car cleaned here and paid for a ultra HD wash and got a basic wash. When I asked the worker about this he said that he will do a good job on the interior which wasn't a great job either. Would like a refund or I will never be using you again.Services: Vacuuming

Got a triple shampoo and mini valet, only one gentleman there so it took a while but he did a great job and left the car smelling great before the air freshener was even put in. Was considerate enough to put a wet mat in a bin bag in the boot and leave us with some paper mats in the mean time.
