Always items missing/ wrong with prescription. Some of the staff are rude and struggle with English. Used to be a good chemist but unfortunately not anymore.

Unsurprisingly most of these 5 star reviews are over a year old. Since another pharmacy close by closed its doors recently, and a previous, excellent pharmacist left, the service here has plummeted. The staff are still very pleasant, hard-working and helpful ( hence the 2 stars,) but the overall quality of provision has deteriorated. Queues are frequently outside of the door and waits for prescriptions long. I recently waited (standing) for over an hour for a covid jab, despite having booked an appointment. The telephone is rarely answered. Come on pharmacy, let's have our previously excellent service!

This chemist has certainly gone downhill since Stephen left. Nobody kept you waiting when you walked in. Now you are completely ignored, the pharmacist and staff are always in the back. Yesterday I waited almost an hour for a prescription, two ladies actually walked out in disgust as they weren't even acknowledged. Today I had to go afain, there was no customers in, a member of staff came to me and went to find my prescription, she put it next to the pharmacist who completely ignored it. After 15 minutes I had to shout through, she picked it up and brought it to me.Such a shame as people of Orrell have no choice but to go here.

Staff are very friendly. The pharmcist, Stephen, is excellent. He ensures that my medication is available when needed (has to be ordered), despite having issue with drs .

The staff and pharmasist here are great. I even had a prescription for my dog and they called my vet to make sure the meds were right. Well done orrell. Can't say the same about the doctors they're so poor

Very helpful pharmacy. They have a private room, I've used the free blood pressure check service one time when I dropped in to pick up my prescription. I receive text to tell me that my monthly prescription is ready to be collected. I don't think they offer a delivery service which would be helpful sometimes as a cancer patient. I get fatigued on treatment so do rely on family who live nearby to be able to pick it up for me sometimes.

Friendly,knowledgeable, and efficient staff.Great customer service and quick turn round times.The pharmacist, Stephen, is always approachable and was highly supportive during covid and through recent disastrous gp changes and i am grateful for his continued professional guidance.
