A small, busy local chemist that know who you are when you walk through the door. They work very very hard under difficult circumstances.
They deal with a multitude of different people in an obviously pressured environment, in respect to the area that they serve. People have to remember that instant service is not always possible, when items need to be checked and verified - we don't want the wrong drugs to be given out, so patience is needed!
I feel sorry for the people who work there when customers shout and complain (which I have been witness to on many occasion) when items are not available. It is not their fault!! They don't stock every drug in the world. It depends if the central system has it available and then it has to be transported to them. They have no power or control over this.
We need to look after these service providers, as you will only realise how valuable they are when they have disappeared and then you have to go miles further to an even busier establishment because they have had to take over the shortfall.

I don't think I will being using this chemist again I think the staff are ignorant drug addicts get more attention, to me I think I am wasting my time the owners of this chemist know which member of staff I am talking about disgraceful I put my prescription 7 day before it was ready when I come to pick it up I waited half an hour.

There are basic rules of courtesy that we all should follow. When a customer walks into the shop and no staff member is directly behind the counter, rather a number clearly seen working in the back area, don?t just ignore said customer to leave him or her standing there, but rather acknowledge them. Perhaps look up with a smile and say ?Hello, I will be with you shortly? or ?With you in a couple of minutes?. It?s not rocket science!
Basically, a visit to this pharmacy could be much more pleasant if the staff were more polite.

Every time I go to pick up a prescription there is always something missing from it. I have changed my prescription from here to another chemist because I find this annoying when u actually need the medicine. Shocking.

Just been in for my flu jab explained I'm on universal credit wasn't bothered in the slightest saying I have to pay when I don't as I've looked up on this I'm caring for my partner if she gets ill because of this it's on you absolutely disgusting won't be using well pharmacy again I will be booking in with my doctor in future
