My husband came to purchase two items from this store, told them what was required, they gave him the wrong items, he walked out the shop to the car, I realised they were wrong and we walked straight back in, less than a minute of leaving the shop, they wouldn?t change the items, as they said they didn?t know how we had stored the medication, he left the store seconds before and stated this, this was reiterated by the pharmacist, rude dismissive jobsworths, over £20 wasted!!

Sister went in here to pick prescription up for tonsillitis, forget her card and went back to the car outside the shop. When she came back they had shut the door and told her that they are closed. Don?t bother coming here if you don?t have too.

Arrived to pick up a prescription, no other customers but the 3 staff all chatting about how rubbish the company was they worked for! Didn?t bother me as we all have bad days but the lack of acknowledgment and prioritising a good gossip over dealing with a customer is poor. Need to get on a customer service course!

This chemist is useless!
Went in today 25/04/24 with my daughter for some advice, we waited for a lady to be served her prescription before us which took around 10 mins (although there were 2 more servers not serving and just talking about a night out)
The chemist saw to the lady in front then completely ignored the fact we had been waiting so long she then also disappeared to join in the conversation with her colleagues.
We ended up walking out because after another 5mins with nobody seeing to us we decided to leave and go to another chemist!
I consider this chemist very rude and I will not be going back.

Website doesn?t indicate that this shop closes for lunch, and the staff member was very rude in telling me that she was going for lunch, you could possibly ring up to ask this if only they answered the phone as we have been calling for 2 days about a prescription without an answer. Not good.

Someone needs to start answering phone. Making people with poor mobility go into the chemist to collect their medication when they?ve said it?ll be ready for only to be told they don?t have it in and saying maybe tomorrow maybe not is just not on. Just call up they said as the phone is ringing out in background being unanswered. No apologies, no compassion no care and no customer service. Something has happened here very recently and they need to get it together I understand long serving members of staff have recently left due to the situation there. I?ll be going elsewhere in the future

Best pharmacy in Billinge , the staff are so helpful and friendly . You even get a text when your prescription is ready .I can't fault them, brilliant service they go above and beyond . A big thank you to all the excellent staff at well Billinge , your all amazing ???????

Very unhelpful pharmacist! Needed some eye drops urgently for my dog. Presented paper copy plus email from the vet with original signed prescription attached which is what I was rightly provided with due to social distancing rules. Pharmacist refused a little bottle of £7 eyedrops as she wanted to see an original piece of paper the vet actually had his hands on! I thought medical people we were supposed to be helping us at this difficult time! Not all seem to be!
