I have visited this branch of Vision express 3 times over a period of 4 years. Every visit has been great and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and know their stuff..I recommend this branch to family and friends as I've had nothing but first class experience. I've purchased X5 pairs of glasses from this store and they are always delivered really fast..In summary, if you need your eyes testing... 'You should have gone to VE at Tesco's Wigan'.

The wonderful Meg helped sort out my glasses. She is a credit to Vision Express. She was that good, I asked her to come and work for my company, but she's wedded to VE. Look after her VE, great staff are hard to come by.

Came in the store today due to breaking my glasses this morning. The lady serving me went above and beyond to help get them sorted. I have been in this store numerous times and each time the same lady has served me always polite and helpful a credit to the company.

I had an eye test & contacts check up today and I was very happy that I visit vision express. The staff is lovely and helpful. The option was great and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to everyone. Much better service and attitude than Specsavers.

Excellent service, the staff where very friendly and proffesional I turned up to my appointment on time, and I was seen on time, the whole process only took 20 mins for an eye test and prescription, the range of frames where good to and I wàs able to select a pair to suit me quite quickly, I will be coming back for a checkup in two years, thanks.

Only visited store in Tesco, Wigan as I was concerned about contact lenses. Optition did not want to see me even though I am registered there, advised me to go to A&E. Did finally get looked at and was just told nothing to worry about

I called in for an eye test and some sunglasses, luckily there was a cancelation so I had my test there and then.Lovely staff , very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend here

All staff are lovely and friendly. They take care of all your needs whilst there. And if you ever have a problem with your glasses just pop back in and they'll sort it.
