ordered a meat feast tonight ham beef bacon and pepperoni but it came with chicken. I hate chicken! phoned them and was told that's what they have on their menu. order off just eat which doesn't say chicken.won't be ordering from here again

Top way is my go to place for a pizza. Absolutely love it but delivery takes mic u can order ur food and it can come 2 hours later. Wouldn?t recommend donner meat here tho. And sometimes to top it off ur food comes cold but still my go to for some strange reason??

Use to be this place was very good. I ordered chicken kebab with salads my husband order donner kebab. I get stone hard nan bread some pieces of chicken was raw an no get salads at all. We spent nearly £35 for 2 kebabs and don't even get garlic bread anymore. This is the last time we ordering from there

Absolutely shocking how I got spoken to on the phone, I rang up to order a tray of donna meat and chips then he just said ok bye, I wanted order more items, I rang back n said how come you put the phone down mate, n he said u done with ur order so I put it down, I said that's not how you speak to customers. I went inside the shop to confront them and they was all argumentative.
By the way if you order a donna kebab from here, the kebab is rock hard and it tastes like it's been out in the open for several days.
I was a good customer until the new owners taken over.

I have ordered 2 kebabs, 1 burger, 6 hot wings and fries. When i received my order something was missing, i contacted the restaurant, the guy on the phone seems completely lost asked me 3 times the same questions. He did not apologize and said i will send my boy. Then when i wanted to start to eat my food, the fries were cold, the portion for £2.50 was ridiculous, the kebab was cold, the burger was cold, it s 22.45 pm I still waiting the missing food!!!Today they lost another customer. I do not recommend this place!!!!!

Ordered food 2 hours ago - still not here. Phoned the restaurant to be told 20 minutes, then 10 minutes, then it?s on its way. Then no explanation just sorry we?re really busy. Stop accepting orders if you can?t keep up with the demand.

New owners do not care about their customers. The food is vile, the chips uncooked and raw, pizza deal had hardly any toppings, and the quality of the food and amount is poor at best.
