Robbie Barry and all the staff in store and fitters went all out to help me in a difficult time. I really couldn't fault them from originally finding the flooring I wanted to fitting it. The fitters that I had were amazing particularly Paul stayed till later to finish a large room. The company rang when they said they would and turned up when they said they would, which is very rare these days. I would use them again and recommend them.

Absolutely shocking behaviour and very unprofessional. Witnessed these guys shouting abuse at guy who only parked up in a truck for his break. Truckers can lose there licences if they go over there time or at best be charged a £1000, and these guys called him all sorts of names, even threatenedto block him in with other vehicles so he couldnt carry on with work after his break. Disgusting and very pathetic. Not exactly run off there feet with customers. I hope your business crashes hard.

Amazing customer service.Another local flooring supplier had let us down and sold the laminate flooring we had preordered. We visited Titan flooring and explained the situation, they showed us some samples very similar but we explained that we needed the flooring that same day as I had taken time off work to lay the flooring. On hearing this they sent someone to the suppliers in Worsley to pick it up and had all the flooring we needed back at the Ashton store in about 90 minutes. Thanks Titan, you saved the weekend from being a disaster.

Only wanted an off cut and they wanted me to buy a full roll for over £100, went somewhere else and they gave me a massive offcut for a fiver. ?????

Booked in for 10am, was delayed till midday eventually turned up at 6pm to start job, obviously couldn't finish so had to take time off work the following day so they could finish laying the flooring. Poor service, would not recommend.

Amazing company.. after unfortunately having a bad experience with a previous company and 800 pound taken from me I got in contact with Titan flooring who went above and beyond for me I went in with a tight budget due to what had happened and they gave me the most stunning carpets throughout my upstairs with the thickest underlay the quality standard is just incredible they also did my stunning kitchen floor which again is just of the highest quality Iv used a few different flooring company over the years and Its safe to say there the best by farthe shop was due to shut at 5pm and I was still in there at 5.30 making my choice not once did they rush me they all just wanted to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my choice. When measuring up I needed some touches up to my step some plates putting on around downstairs etc they asked if I wanted them to sort these out which again I was so grateful . from measuring up to getting carpets fitted the whole process was a. Delight ans so stress free so thank you again guys I wouldn?t be going anywhere els going forward.thankyou also to your fitters for working so hard staying late to get the job finishedColleen x

Superb customer service from start to finish. We were still waiting for our wood floor to arrive in the UK for 3 months and were getting desperate. Robbie found us an alternative that was even better quality and style as he knew what we needed. Everyone gave us professional advice with hints and tips even though they were not fitting the floor for us. We were kept informed every step of the way. I cannot thank these people enough. We are so happy with our oak floors.
