Cafe review. Thought that I would have a coffee and a sandwich after doing my shopping. You could only order from a menu board outside of the cafe and collect a disc to place on your table. Very little choice of sandwiches so selected a cheese toastie. Sat at my table and waited about 15 minutes for the coffee to arrive and a further 40 minutes for the toastie. ( Not worth the money I paid for it )
This is the first time that I have shopped here and used the cafe and it will be the last.
Lots of people complaining about the service.
Just waiting now to see if I get fined for being over the 2 hours stay.

Jess at customer services went above and beyond to help me with a faulty TV I had to return. She was polite, helpful and professional. A credit to the wigan store.

Big store well stocked, generally decent parking and helpful staff.
A lot more accessible than the Asda in Newtown.

On Thursday, I went to the kiosk to buy next week's Euro lotto. Because my English is not very fluent, Ms. Dee of the customer service, was very patient to translate thru her mobile phone and explained that I could not buy next Tuesday's lottery ticket until tomorrow. It is worth recommending high-quality customer service staff. ??????

First time here. Both myself & my daughter had the big breakfast but needed Mushrooms, Tomatoes, fried slice & black pudding. All of which were an extra @ £1.30....EACH!. so 1 x Mushroom...£1.30, 1 x Black pudding @ £1.30, fried slice at £1.30 etc...you get the drift!. Seriously Tesco?.
Morrisons do the same breakfast with all the above included as standard for half the price (see image). Yours £15.60 inc a pot of weak tea!. Tasty, but hellishly expensive.
C'mon Tessies...you know what you need to do!!!

Really gone downhill.new Cafe breakfast totally uncooked.toast not even seen a toaster.total Kaos.bring back self service and cash payments.as for the store.looks like a bombs been dropped on it.srop moving shelves.aisles about.it looks a right disaster zone.go asda.

No diesel went Sunday and the Sunday before ?? Ses on their website diesel (?? ) if there's a problem tel people when you're expected to rectify it .

Cafe review: DONT GO. PRISON GRADE, God awful dump. No cash, card only, have to order from a digital board outside the cafe. Soulless, bland, lifeless, empty. Uncomfortable hard wood sea of tables. No heating. Damn ice box in winter. Menus only available when ordering OUTSIDE THE CAFE. FNG EXPENSIVE, £3 for coffee.

Petrol station at main store today, we waited about 7 minutes while these two were chatting and on the phones to turn furl pump on..then he said you're lucky were open...

Many of the young Saturday staff are a disgrace, as are their managers. Talking, shouting, standing in the way of customers with no intention of moving. I see who I presume to be the ?manager? floating about - open your eyes, we don?t have to put up with this nonsense in Hindley.
